📦 Shipping Policy – TBL Security

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. You will be shown the final shipping cost before payment.

  • Standard Shipping: R275 (3–5 business days)

  • Express Shipping: R500 (1–2 business days)

  • Free Shipping: On orders over R7500

Note: Remote area surcharges may apply.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays, public holidays).

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Tracking Your Order

7. International Shipping
